Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning service.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost will apply.
If you cancel on the same day or our cleaners arrive and cannot access your property, the full service fee will be charged.
You may reschedule your appointment at no cost if you give more than 24 hours' notice.
We understand emergencies occur. If you have an urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your case individually.
Repeated late cancellations for regular clients may result in the suspension of service.
